Vehicle Returns
STEP 1 - RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Guests should return the vehicle at the gas level they received it. A gas receipt is also required to confirm proper fuel use. If a receipt is not found, an improper return fee may be enforced. Also please clean the vehicle if necessary as excessive dirt outside, or mess inside will result in a cleaning fee being assessed.
STEP 2 - Return ADDRESS
The lot address is 235 E. Arrowhead Road. Charlotte, NC 28213. Located Directly Behind University Center and just across the street from Sam's Express Mart. The location has a less than 5 minute walk from a light rail stop as well as a bus stop. Dropping this address in both google and apple maps should take you directly to the gravel lot entrance.
STEP 3 - Enter The Lot
Our 18,000 sqft. lot has light and video security 24/7. This allows for our guests to enter and exit at all times, and can be seen tucked discreetly in the tree line to the left almost immediately upon turning down E. Arrowhead Road.
STEP 4 - Park the Vehicle
Please return the vehicle to the delivery lane you received the vehicle from. Failure to do so will result in an improper return fee enforced through Turo, as we sub-lease our out and share with another company.
STEP 5 - Secure The Keys
Once parked, place or access the lock box on the passenger window, as shown in the picture. From there you will lock the car, place the key in the box, roll the window up, re-type the code, and pull the silver tab to secure box.
