Vehicle Transport Instructions
STEP 1 - Return ADDRESS
The lot address is 235 E. Arrowhead Road. Charlotte, NC 28213. Located Directly Behind University Center and just across the street from Sam's Express Mart. Dropping this address in both google and apple maps should take you directly to the gravel lot entrance.
STEP 2 - Vehicle Drop/Pick Up Point
Our 18,000 sqft. lot has light and video security 24/7. The vehicle should be parked along the back fence line for all pick ups. Drop offs should all be parked along the same back fence line, between the front fence line and the light pole. Please be sure to check the VIN last 4 before loading vehicles as we have multiple vehicles that look similar.
STEP 3 - Key Drop Point
DO NOT LEAVE KEYS IN THE VEHICLE!!! There is a industrial lock box that is tied to a fence post directly behind the light post as shown in the photo. The code will be given to you well before you arrive. Simply lock the vehicle, put the keys in the lock box, and lock the box back up. If there are other keys inside the box waiting for transport, please place those keys back in the box with your key(s). If there is not a lock box present, please contact the broker/carrier you booked the load with.
STEP 4 - Lockbox Code/Drop Confirmation
Once all vehicles are loaded or unloaded for your specific transport ticket, please send photos of the lock box and photos of the vehicle dropped off at either the lot or its designated delivery area to the broker/carrier you booked the load with. This ensures proper communication and potentially repeat business with us.
