Vehicle Pick-Up
STEP 1 - PICK UP ADDRESS
Our Pick-Up Location is 235 E. Arrowhead Road. Charlotte, NC 28213. Located Directly Behind University Center and just across the street from Sam's Express Mart. The location has a less than 5 minute walk from a light rail stop as well as a bus stop. Dropping this address in both google and apple maps should take you directly to the gravel lot entrance.
STEP 2 - Entering the Lot
We have an 18,000 sqft. lot with light and video security 24/7. This allows for our guests to enter and exit at all times, and can be seen tucked discreetly in the tree line to the left almost immediately upon turning down E. Arrowhead Road.
STEP 3 - Finding Vehicle and Parking
Once you enter the lot, the "delivery lane" will be located on the front fence line. If'd you'd like to park your personal vehicle while on your trip, you may park it along the far fence line where you see the GMC Yukon located in the photo. We sub-leased a portion of our lot, and want to ensure our lot stays organized and easily accessible.
STEP 4 - Entering The Vehicle
Once at the vehicle, you'll see a lockbox located on the passenger window. Type in the code provided to you from our customer service team on the pad and press down on the silver tab to open. Remove the box by rolling down the window and store it in the vehicle.
