Vehicle Pick-Up
STEP 1 - PICK UP ADDRESS
The Vehicle Address is 6210 Wilkinson Blvd. Charlotte, NC 28214. Once you type that into "Maps" or "Google Maps" you will show up at “The Parking Spot” Parking Area directly accross from the CLT Airport. The next steps will guide you from there.
STEP 2 - Drop off AREA for Drive IN/Uber
When you pull into the address, get dropped off at the front of the Entrance Gate. Once there you will access the shuttle just inside the gate. There will be shuttles available every 5-7 minutes in peak time so just be patient for one to arrive. If you have any issues let the staff at the front know you are picking up a turo car and they can guide you to the shuttle with directions.
STEP 3 - Get On the Shuttle
The shuttle will be directly to the right of the gate ready to take you to where the vehicle will be located. When you get on the shuttle let them know you need to go to the Row R where the turo rentals are located. If you picking up after hours (10:00pm-6:00am) they operate the shuttle on-call. You will contact the lot directly at 704-398-3776 to request a shuttle to the Turo Rentals row.
STEP 4 - Locate The Vehicle
The Shuttle will drop you off directly at Row R. Once you have submitted your drivers license and selfie for Turo’s Verification Process, you will be given the spot number to locate the vehicle. The spot numbers are clearly marked in White Paint at the front of the spaces.
STEP 5 - Entering The Vehicle
Once at the vehicle, you'll see a lockbox located on the window. The code will be given 30 minutes prior to your arrival time or immediate after you submit your verification photos (if done at the vehicle upon arrival). Type in the code provided to you in the app on the pad and press down on the silver tab to open. Remove the box by rolling down the window and store it in the vehicle.
STEP 6 - Exiting the Parking Area
Once you have entered the vehicle, be sure to follow the Blue signs or the Exit signs to the front gate where you were dropped off. Once you reach the front gate, be sure to go in the lane specificly marked Turo Rental Exits with the Blue Arrows. The vehicle has a ID Tag that will let you out of the parking area without any additional costs..
